ED vehicles vandalised by Left workers outside Pinarayi Vijayan's house

Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials faced massive protests and vandalism outside the residence of the former Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Thiruvananthapuram. Following a raid connected to a corruption case, a large crowd of party workers gathered outside his house, prevented the officials from leaving and attacked their vehicles. The workers vandalised the agency's vehicles using stones and bricks. Despite a heavy police presence, the crowd overwhelmed law enforcement, leading to chaotic scenes. The raids proceeded after the High Court refused to halt the investigation into the corruption case, which also implicates the former chief minister's daughter. The former chief minister and family members were present inside the residence during the searches.
