BSNL suspends activist Fathima, doctor says Jayalalithaa had gag reflex before death, more

Activist Rehana Fathima, who was arrested for allegedly hurting the religious sentiments of devotees during the recent Sabarimala agitation, has been suspended by her employer BSNL. She working as a telephone technician in the BSNL.

A doctor at Apollo Hospital has told the Commission of Inquiry looking into former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa's death that doctors had noted a gag reflex seven hours before she was declared dead on December 5, 2016.

Video: Vijay takes oath as Tamil Nadu CM amid loud cheers and chants
