iPhone 15 available with big discount, is it worth buying?

Vijay Sales currently has a deal on the iPhone 15. While it's an older generation phone, the deal makes it a lot more appealing for buyers looking to enter Apple’s ecosystem.

The iPhone 15 with 128GB storage is currently listed at Rs 57,900, down from its original price of Rs 59,900.

On top of that, Vijay Sales is offering additional bank discounts of up to Rs 7,500 through select American Express cards, while HDFC Bank credit card EMI users can get an instant discount of Rs 3,500.

There are also extra discounts available through YES Bank offers, alongside EMI plans starting from Rs 2,688 per month.

Now the bigger question — is the iPhone 15 still worth buying in 2026? Honestly, for many users, the answer is yes.

The phone still delivers a premium iPhone experience with Apple’s A16 Bionic chip, which remains fast enough for gaming, multitasking, social media apps and even video editing.

The 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR OLED display still looks excellent with sharp colours, deep blacks and strong brightness levels.

Camera performance also continues to hold up well. The iPhone 15 features a 48MP main camera alongside a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, while the 12MP front camera remains reliable for selfies and video calls.

And because it runs iOS, the phone is still expected to receive software updates for years, which is one of the biggest reasons older iPhones continue to remain relevant long after launch.
