The OnePlus 13 is currently available at a discounted effective price of Rs 57,999 during the OnePlus Summer Sale, making it one of the more tempting flagship deals right now.
That price becomes even more interesting because the newer OnePlus 15 has already arrived, which naturally raises the question — is the older flagship still worth buying in 2026?
The short answer is yes, especially if you want flagship-level performance without spending close to Rs 75,000 on the OnePlus 15.
The OnePlus 13 still runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, which remains one of the fastest processors available on Android phones today.
It also brings premium features like a 120Hz QHD+ display, Hasselblad-tuned triple 50MP cameras, IP69 water resistance, and super-fast charging.
In everyday use, most users will honestly struggle to notice a dramatic performance difference between the OnePlus 13 and the newer OnePlus 15.
The newer OnePlus 15 does offer upgrades like a larger 7300mAh battery and newer triple-chip architecture, but the OnePlus 13 still feels properly flagship in almost every area.
Camera performance on the OnePlus 13 also continues to hold up well, especially for portraits, low-light shots, and Dolby Vision video recording. And it is also the last OnePlus flagship to get Hasselblad tuned cameras.
If your priority is getting the newest hardware and biggest battery possible, the OnePlus 15 makes more sense, but it also costs significantly more.
But if you want a premium Android flagship that still feels fast, polished, and future-ready while saving a good amount of money, the OnePlus 13 remains a genuinely smart buy even after the launch of the OnePlus 15.
