Chillai Kalan is here! Temperature below freezing point in Kashmir | In Pics

The 40-day period of Chillai Kalan began in Kashmir from today with mercury dipping below freezing point at night. As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecast, the minimum temperature dipped to minus 3.2 degrees Celsius in Srinagar last night.
