India plans for vaccine distribution, PM Modi holds meeting with developers

Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with three teams involved in developing Covid-19 vaccine via video conferencing on Monday.

PM Modi held meeting with the teams from Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd, Hyderabad, Gennova Biopharmaceuticals Ltd, Pune and Biological E Ltd, Hyderabad. In the meeting, aspects of delivering the vaccine, discussion on logistics, transport, cold chain, etc were discussed. PM Modi asked the firms to suggest vaccine regulation, and also work on informing the public about the vaccines in a simplified manner.
