JDS accepts Congress' support, to meet governor at 5 pm

Political pundits and the media are closely watching the movement of the leaders of the Congress and the JD(S) who have now announced a post-poll alliance.

BJP chief Amit Shah, probably rattled by the prospect of the Congress and the JD(S) managing to stake claim to power in Karnataka, has directed party leaders Prakash Javdekar, Dharmendra Pradhan and JP Nadda to rush to Bengaluru and explore all possibilities to ensure that the BJP can exploit its status of a single-largest party, sources have told India Today TV.
