Will BJP continue its meteoric rise by taking over Karnataka or will Congress retain its southern bastion?

The Bharatiya Janata Party is expected to garner more votes from Lingayats, Brahmins, Jains, OBCs, Kshatriyas and Marathis which constitutes 41 per cent of Karnataka's population.

"We are confident and we are going to form the next government," says BJP spokesperson Narendra Taneja.
