Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Wednesday assumed the role of Neta for Congress and said she was confident that the party would win the 2019 battle.

In, by many means, her first media interaction after having been appointed as the general secretary of Uttar Pradesh (East), Priyanka Gandhi said, "Congress chief Rahul Gandhi has entrusted this responsibility on me to run this institution as one team -- democratically and inclusively. And we will follow that."
