Fadnavis congratulates BJP state president after Mahayuti's historic win in BMC polls

Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis dialled the state BJP chief and congratulated him after Mahayuti registered a huge victory in the BMC polls. He told him, "Your leadership has led to a spectacular victory across Maharashtra."

Fadnavis will address party workers shortly at BJP's headquarters in Mumbai. 

The bulletin notes that the alliance's unity played a crucial role in the performance, with partner parties also seeing success when contesting alongside the BJP. The victory in the local body elections follows a strong performance in the state assembly, reinforcing the mandate for the current ruling alliance in Maharashtra.
