Yogi Adityanath's '80% vs 20%' remark a communal statement: Former CEC SY Quraishi

Former Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) SY Quraishi has termed the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's "80 vs 20" remark communal.

Quraishi said, "There is no doubt that this is a communal statement and which attracts model code of conduct and all clauses and sections of the IPC."
