Congress will form government in Madhya Pradesh, says Digvijaya Singh

Madhya Pradesh Congress leader Digvijaya Singh said,"It is too early. Anything can be said only after 12 pm. Leads of only postal ballots have come till now. I am confident that in Madhya Pradesh, Congress will form government. We have favourable situation in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh also."

The Bharatiya Janata Party-ruled Madhya Pradesh voted on November 28 after a tightly-fought contest between the incumbent BJP and opposition Congress.
