West Bengal election: BJP-TMC war over central forces intensifies

West Bengal has entered the fourth phase of polling in the assembly election and the political war between the ruling All India Trinamool Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party over central forces in the state during the election is only getting more intense.

In the latest update, the election commission has issued a notice to Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee asking her to explain her statements against the central forces. Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah has accused Banerjee of disrupting peace in the state.
