BTS Arirang 2026 Highlights: BTS 2.0 just getting started, says J-Hope
BTS made a high-stakes comeback with their Arirang 2026 show on Saturday. The ARMY witnessed the group’s first live performance after their hiatus following military enlistment and solo projects. The concert streamed live on Netflix from Seoul.

BTS made a historic return to the stage on Saturday, performing at Seoul’s iconic Gwanghwamun Square after nearly four years. The concert, titled BTS The Comeback Live: ARIRANG, was also dubbed the largest public concert in South Korean history, with an estimated 2.6 lakh fans in attendance.
The concert also marked the group’s first full performance since 2022, when all seven members stepped away to complete South Korea’s mandatory military service. With Suga finishing his enlistment in June 2025, the band has now reunited as a complete unit. Members RM, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jung Kook join him for the highly anticipated comeback.
The group had confirmed their return earlier this year and dropped their new album ARIRANG on March 20, just a day before the concert. The choice of venue adds to the moment’s significance, with Gwanghwamun Square, one of Seoul’s most prominent cultural landmarks, serving as the backdrop for their reunion.
In a first for the group, the concert is being streamed live on Netflix, making it accessible to fans across 190 countries in real time.
