British singer Zayn Malik has denied reports claiming he lashed out at fans outside a Manchester hotel following his recent concert in the city. The singer responded after a viral video showed him appearing visibly upset while trying to leave the area after performing at Manchester’s AO Arena as part of The KONNAKOL Tour.
The clip, widely circulated online, captured Zayn shouting, “Get the f*** out of the way!” as a crowd surrounded his vehicle near the hotel entrance. However, the former One Direction member later pushed back against the narrative surrounding the incident, insisting the issue involved men blocking exits rather than genuine fans.

Commenting directly under TMZ’s Instagram post about the incident, Zayn defended his supporters and claimed the situation had been misrepresented online.“@tmz_tv Let’s just get the facts straight - the fans were and always are respectful and amazing - the issue was the multiple fully grown men that were blocking the doors of the hotel and the car for 10 minutes not letting us or security out,” he wrote.
The singer went on to describe the individuals as “stalkers” who allegedly follow celebrities to hotels and venues to capture online content. He also said such behaviour was unsafe and unfair to genuine fans.

Zayn’s response quickly gained traction across social media platforms, where several fans supported his version of events. Many users pointed to growing concerns around celebrity privacy and aggressive crowding outside airports, hotels and concert venues.
