Dr. Sepp B Fegerl is the Medical Director of Vivamayr - a health haven tucked deep in the belly of the Austrian Alps at Altaussee, one of the best medical spas in Europe, and a hermetic temple for most of Bollywood. This health resort has played host to the likes of Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Karan Johar, and believes in cleansing the body - especially the gastrointestinal tract - with stringent, and sometimes tedious, practices to cure a number of ailments - from arthritis to obesity - all through improved digestion.
