Shillong Chamber Choir enthralls at India Today Conclave East 2017

The last session of India Today Conclave East 2017 was titled The Power of Music: Language Beyond Boundaries. Shillong Chamber Choir performed a medley of songs to end the first day of India Today Conclave East 2017.

The choir started their performance with 'We come together to celebrate', a Khasi song. Moving on to perform the famous Bollywood number from the movie Sholay, the choir performed Yeh Dosti Hum Nahi Todenge.

Next up was the song written by Rabindranath Tagore and one of Mahatma Gandhi's favourite songs - Ekla Cholo Re. The Shillong Chamber Choir enthralled the crowd with peppy Bollywood classic, Baar Baar Dekho followed by a new composition called Something New.
