Karan Johar on his Bollywood strategy: Be relevant

Karan Johar has been in film industry for almost two decades now, and he opened up on his strategy to survive in Bollywood at the recently held India Today Conclave 2017.

He believes in reinventing himself. He said, "Do what you enjoy and being relevant is also strategic." The 44-year-old filmmaker says he likes to strike a balance between serious films like My Name Is Khan or Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna and a more fun film like Student Of The Year. He says that wants to connect with the younger generation through his films and his reality show stint.
