The Supreme Court on Monday questioned the Centre over the detention of climate activist Sonam Wangchuk under the National Security Act (NSA), asking why his wife, Gitanjali J Wangmo, was not informed of the reasons beforehand. The bench of Justices Aravind Kumar and NV Anjaria issued notices to the Centre, Jammu & Kashmir, and Rajasthan. The case will be heard on October 14.
