K Kavitha suspended from BRS over anti-party remarks

The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) on Tuesday suspended MLC K Kavitha from the party with immediate effect. The move was announced by her father, party chief and former Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao, who said her recent remarks and actions were in violation of the BRS’s principles and policies, warranting disciplinary action.
