A significant breakthrough has been made in the attack case involving Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta with the arrest of the attacker's friend, Tahseen, from Rajkot. The police probe reveals a conspiracy to murder the Chief Minister, with Tahseen booked for attempt to murder. According to the investigation, Tahseen sent money to the primary accused, Rajesh, and they jointly planned a knife attack on Rekha Gupta. The initial plan was to attack at the Supreme Court, which was aborted due to high security, after which Rajesh discarded the knife in the Civil Lines area. In another development, the security for the Chief Minister has been reviewed; the CRPF security has been withdrawn, and the Delhi Police will now handle the complete security detail, with an increase in personnel for her Z+ security.
