After massive ruckus over farm bills, Opposition moved a no-confidence motion against Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh.
The Rajya Sabha has passed the contentious farm bills amid the massive uproar by the opposition. The bills, farmers empowerment & protection agreement on price assurance and farm services bill passed through voice vote within 10 minutes.
The Upper House also witnessed an absolute chaos. The high voltage drama began after the house decided to continue the session beyond its closing timings which is 1 pm.
