Arvind Kejriwal announces free travel for women in Delhi Metro, buses

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced on Monday free Delhi Metro and bus rides for women. The expenses of the free ride scheme will be borne by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Delhi.

"Those who can afford can purchase tickets, they needn't take subsidy," said Kejriwal clarifying the free ride scheme is voluntary.
