BJP indulging in horse-trading, Operation Lotus: Congress leader DK Shivakumar on Karnataka crisis

Senior Congress leader said that BJP was indulging in horse-trading and Operation Lotus. He further expressed confidence that the rebel MLAs will return to the party.

Shivakumar praised the Speaker KR Ramesh Kumar for handling the crisis. He said Speaker is a learned man, who knows the rule of law, and will follow the law in handling the crisis.
