Cart owner reveals where he dropped Amritpal Singh, aide after carrying them

Hours after a new photo of fugitive Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh surfaced, showing him carrying his “getaway” bike on a cart, the owner of the cart Lakhbar Singh Lakkha, confirmed the incident.

Talking to reporters, Lakhbir Singh Lakkha said, "I was going towards Mehatpur when I saw two men standing in the way. They stopped me and said the tyres of the bike had been punctured. I brought both of them on the cart to Mehatpur." Lakhbir Singh said he was not aware that the man asking for help was Amritpal Singh and his companion.
