The government on Friday said that all the Joint and Additional Secretaries to the central government will stay in New Delhi during the Parliamentary sessions slated from September 18 to 22. The notification in this regard was issued after the government earlier appointed a committee headed by former President Ram Nath Kovind to explore the possibility of 'One Nation One Election' that aims for holding of general and state elections simultaneously.
