Centre directs states to seal all borders, prevent exodus of migrant workers

The Centre has directed states to ensure no movement of people across cities in a bid to enforce strict 21-day lockdown to fight the novel coronavirus from spreading further. It added that all arrangements must be made for migrant workers at their place of works, including timely payment of wages.

Centre also asked states to take action against those who ask students and labourers to vacate their houses.
