Centre's new NCT Law does not alter health as state subject

The new National Capital Law notified by the Centre left health as the responsibility of the elected govt in Delhi.

The Government of National Capital Territory (GNCTD) Amendment Act, 2021 came into force after President Ram Nath Kovind gave his assent to it on March 28. The Amendment Act has the effect of amending Sections 21, 24, 33 and 44 of the Act.
