False, malicious and motivated: CJI Ranjan Gogoi on sexual harassment charges against him

A special Supreme Court bench led by Chief Justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi held an urgent sitting on the matter related to the sexual harassment charges against the CJI levelled by a former employee of the SC.

CJI Ranjan Gogoi rubbished all the charges and called it a malicious attempt to deactivate the office of the Chief Justice of India. He also alleged that the judiciary is under a greater threat.
