'Covid toolkit' case: Delhi Police Special Cell team reaches Twitter's offices in Delhi, Gurugram

In a big development in the 'Covid toolkit' case, the Delhi Police Special Cell team has reached Twitter's offices in Delhi and Gurugram.

Earlier on Monday, Delhi Police Special Cell served a notice to Twitter in connection with the 'Manipulated Media' tag controversy. A response was sought from the social media giant in this regard.

Twitter had tagged a document shared by BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra as 'Manipulated Media' on May 21. The document, claimed Patra, was evidence of the Congress party's strategy to "defame" Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
