Delhi Police reject charges of reaching JNU late, say responded professionally

The Delhi Police on Monday rejected the charge of reaching the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) late despite multiple pleas by students' unions soon after violence broke out in the campus.

The Delhi police, in a presser, said that they responded to PCR calls and law-and-order situation professionally to control the violence on the campus. "We have responded to PCR calls, and law-and-order situation professionally," said Delhi Police. For more, watch this video.
