Devendra Fadnavis resigns as Maharashtra CM

Devendra Fadnavis today met Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari and handed over his resignation as Maharashtra CM a day ahead of the deadline for all parties to stake claim to form the government in the state.
