DMRC chief slams AAP govt's free rides for women proposal, calls it election gimmick

Former Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) chief E Sreedharan on Saturday described Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejiriwal's women free rides initiative an "election gimmick".

In a letter to Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, the former DMRC chief stated, "Everybody knows this is an election gimmick to win votes of women in the next Assembly election."
