Ex-Telangana DCP claims KCR ordered phone-tapping of opposition leaders, BRS rebels

Trouble is brewing for Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao after the explosive revelations by former Deputy Commissioner of Hyderabad Police Radha Kishan Rao.

Radha Kishan Rao claimed that KCR was involved in snooping on political leaders, businessmen, and celebrities during the 2023 assembly polls. As per Rao, the Special Intelligence branch of Telangana Police was used by the previous BRS government to snoop on opposition and even BRS rebels.

The top cop claimed that KCR used state machinery to prevent the arrest of his daughter K Kavitha in the Delhi liquor scam case.
