A day before the crucial talks between Centre and protesting farmer unions, Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar on Thursday said the govt is ready to consider any proposal other than the repeal of three farm laws.

Meanwhile, farmer unions, who took out tractor rally today, said that they would not accept Centre's offer of amendments to the three farm laws.
