India signs Rs 858-crore deal for Tunguska Missile System, P-8I jet maintenance

The Ministry of Defence has signed defence deals worth ₹858 crore for the Indian Army and the Indian Navy, involving Russian-origin systems and support services. The key agreement includes a contract with Russian defence exporter Rosoboronexport for Tunguska air defence missile systems for the Indian Army and a contract for the inspection of P-8I aircraft with Boeing India Defense Private, a wholly owned Indian subsidiary of Boeing.
