While decoding Modi's India, Congress leader Shashi Tharoor and BJP MP Swapan Dasgupta, at the India Today Conclave 2019, spar over various ideas of Hindutva, nationalism and authoritarianism.

Shashi Tharoor while decoding Modi's India claimed that Hindutva is against the freedom struggle, on the other hand, Swapan Dasgupta stated that Hindutva is about civilisation and culture, it is not religion or territory.
