Watch: India Today makes phone call after postpaid services get restored in J&K

Phone bells will now ring in Jammu and Kashmir as the postpaid mobile phone services are restored on the state-run BSNL network in the Kashmir Valley.

India Today TV's Ankit Tyagi connects with our reporter Shuja Ul Haq who was live from Kashmir. At first, the phone call didn't connect, however, the second time it was convenient for us to connect with our reporter from here (New Delhi) to the Kashmir Valley.
