Karnataka BJP MLA justifies state home minister's shocker on Mysuru gang rape case

Karnataka BJP MLA Poornima Srinivas has defended state Home Minister Araga Jnanendra's shocker on Mysuru gang rape case.

Poornima Srinivas said, "The minister made the statements out of concern for women and for the victim. It should not be taken in a negative way but should be taken positively."

Karnataka home minister had said, "Why did the victim go to the spot at 7 pm? However, Jnanendra had apologised on Thursday after Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai opposed his remarks.
