Lalu Prasad booked for alleged poaching bid

A day after BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi alleged that Lalu Prasad was trying to poach NDA MLAs in an attempt to topple Nitish govt, BJP MLA Lalan Paswan has lodged an FIR against him in Patna.

The FIR has been lodged under prevention of corruption act for making telephone calls from custody and offering ministerial berth to him.

In the audio clip shared by Sushil Modi, Lalu Prasad was apparently telling BJP MLA Lallan Yadav to remain absent on voting day for Bihar speaker's election.
