Modi govt's move of revoking Article 370 will be challenged: Abhishek Manu Singhvi

Modi government redrew the map of Jammu and Kashmir in a historic move on Monday and stripped the state of its special status by scrapping Article 370.

At a time when there is no constituent assembly or state assembly and there is President's rule, the Parliament becomes the constituent assembly or the state assembly.

When asked if there is anything illegal or unconstitutional in it, Congress Rajya Sabha MP Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that this is a very gross misuse of Article 356. Watch the full video.
