Contrasting his government's development work, including new rail connectivity and the Gorakhpur-Siliguri Expressway, with the opposition's alleged appeasement, Modi also claimed that Congress leaders have insulted the sacred festival of Chhath Puja, calling the rituals a 'drama'.
