Most global players want to diversify beyond China: CII President Uday Kotak

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) President and Kotak Mahindra Bank MD Uday Kotak elaborates on how India can start pulling companies that are manufacturing in China and get them to move their supply chains or part of it India to push the Make in India initiaves.

Responding to questions about how 'Made in India' can replace 'Made in China', Uday Kotak said that he has complete confidence in the Government of India's push for "Aatmanirbhar Bharat". He said, "India should shed risk aversion, and think about this as an opportunity to build in India and make in India."
