Omar Abdullah And Mehbooba Mufti Clash Over restarting Tulbul Navigation Project

The project, launched in the 1980s and halted in 1987 due to Pakistan's objections under the Indus Water Treaty, is now being reconsidered as India has suspended the treaty.
