Opposition slams Rahul Gandhi after he announces Italy trip

The BJP on Saturday targeted Congress president Rahul Gandhi for flying off to Italy on the day Assembly election results were being declared.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted saying that he is travelling to Italy to pay his grandmother a visit.

Rahul's tweet fetched him immediate criticism from the Opposition.

Union minister Giriraj Singh was quick to take a dig at Rahul Gandhi by calling him a "non-serious leader".
