Overturned BMW, screams: Visuals capture moment right after horrific Delhi crash

A senior Finance Ministry official, Navjot Singh, was killed and his wife critically injured when their motorcycle was hit by a BMW near Dhaula Kuan, Delhi, on Sunday. Singh, a Deputy Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs, was returning home with his wife from Bangla Sahib Gurdwara when the accident occurred on Ring Road. Police said investigations are underway.
