Pakistan's ISI is funding separatist group JRL in Kashmir: Sources

At a time when the Hurriyat Conference has failed to make any impact on Kashmiri people, Pakistani spy agency ISI is funding the Joint Resistance League (JRL), which is the front for the Hurriyat, to directly take on the Indian Army to internationalise the issue.

According to top sources in the government, ISI wants the JRL to take on the army head on so that the troops are forced to fire at them and the number of casualties go high to draw the attention of international community.

Sources added that the reason for ISI's funding is the failure of its terrorist network to make any impact in India as a large number of killings by forces have been demoralising youths against joining their ranks.
