PM Modi has not opened his mouth on Unnao, Muzaffarpur rape cases: Congress spokesperson

Calling the Unnao rape case to be "extremely distressing and unfortunate", Congress spokesperson RPN Singh said that the PM Narendra Modi-led BJP government has not helped women of the country. He has alleged that the BJP is shielding Unnao rape case accused Kuldeep Sengar who is the ruling party's MLA.
