Zero development during jungleraj: PM Modi slams RJD at Bihar rally

He said that under 15 years of RJD rule, Bihar saw “zero expressways, zero new bridges over the Kosi, and zero medical colleges.” Contrasting that with the NDA’s “double-engine government,” Modi highlighted major developments, the establishment of IIT Patna, IIM Bodh Gaya, AIIMS Patna, and an upcoming AIIMS in Darbhanga.
