PM Modi launches RBI's retail direct, integrated ombudsman schemes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched two customer-centric initiatives of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) today. These RBI schemes-- retail direct scheme and integrated ombudsman scheme-- were launched by PM Modi via video conferencing.
